Payments are required upon booking. Kindly note, an appointment will be canceled if payment is not received before the scheduled appointment time. If you schedule an appointment over the phone, you can find our payment link under > Appointments > Payments or you can submit a direct payment through your invoice email. To schedule a test with a Buy Now, Pay Later option, please contact us by phone. Once a payment is processed, ProGenetix Labs will not issue any refunds.
