Kindly note, payments are required upon booking online and all tests scheduled by a representative will be issued an invoice for payment. You can access our payment link by selecting > Appointments > Payments or by submitting a direct payment through your invoice email. All appointments with unpaid invoices will be canceled if the full payment is not received at least three hours before the scheduled appointment time. To schedule a test with the PayPal-Buy Now, Pay Later option, please contact us by phone before booking online. ProGenetix Labs has a no refund policy. Once a test is processed and scheduled, it can either be rescheduled or the payment can be allocated toward another test. If an appointment is canceled by a customer within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $29 cancel fee will be applied upon reschedule.
