We are a completely mobile service and conduct all of our available testing at a location of your choice. In-home or on-site. We currently do not operate out of a public office space.

No, doctor orders are not needed for testing. However, we do recommend going over lab results with your health care provider for necessary analysis and treatment.

Our services include a 25 mile radius from our mailbox location 4049 Pennsylvania Ave, Kansas City, MO 64111 (Westport Area). Additional fees apply for locations further.

We do not charge any mileage or gas fees for services provided within our service radius. Pricing for travel has been considered in our testing price. If you are located outside the service area, a travel fee of $27 will apply. Please note group testing programs have their own accommodation and traveling pricing.

Yes. Online bookings allow you to book 12 hours in advance, if you'd like to check on same-day availability please call us.

You may cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment with no cancelation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment a $29 cancellation fee will be applied at re-schedule. We do not offer refunds, only reschedules.

Please have a valid government issued photo ID available for your appointment (state ID, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID). If no ID is available, you may submit a social security card or birth certificate (these will have to be photo copied and sent in with your specimen). Minors under 18 years of age are not required to show proof of identity, but must have a parent or guardian present with valid ID. Legal tests require photos to be taken for verification and identification  purposes.

Yes. Although it's more efficient to test all parties at the same appointment, we understand circumstances may require separate testing times. A $17 fee will apply to each additional test location within the service area.

We can still provide testing. We are able to collaborate with other lab-services to retrieve the other party’s DNA sample, an additional fee may apply. Please call us to schedule this service.

The cost of any test with us varies depending on the type of test you choose. Our paternity tests start at $200. Please see our services page for more pricing information.

Most DNA tests only require a simply cheek swab. Some other tests like Prenatal Paternity testing or Blood Panels require a blood sample. Other forms of testing are body hair, urine, saliva, or nails. You may opt-in for a blood samples to be taken for paternity tests, additional fees may apply.

A Non-DOT drug test (non-regulated) is a drug screening an employer or an individual may want for a general public business, private practice, or personal reasons. DOT drug testing is for regulated employers/workers overseen by the Department of Transportation.
